Order Processing All orders are processed and shipped from Tartu, Estonia. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Estonia and the Baltic states: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the European Union: 7–14 business days
  • International (outside the EU): timeframes vary by destination; please allow up to 4–6 weeks

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. All applicable costs are displayed before you confirm your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (Non-EU Orders) For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@maiulunekund.com. Under EU consumer law, we are responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to you. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Right of Withdrawal Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy here for full details.
