Frequently asked questions ABOUT MY SHOP
Which shipping provider are you using?
I'll be using the Estonian Postal Services who will hand the package over to your respective national postal service. Please note that some countires national postal services do not show the status of the package even with the tracking number (for example USPS in the USA).
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow a couple of days for paintings to ship out of my studio. Within Estonia the delivery time is about 7 days from the date of purchase. International shipment can take longer (up to 8 weeks to North-America and Asia), depending on your location.
What about customs and import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you accept returns?
If you are not happy with your purchase I do accept returns. Please contact me as quick as possible but not later than 14 days after delivery. The returned artwork must be in original packaging and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What if my order is damaged during shipping?
I take great care and detail when packaging my orders. All artwork is packaged in sturdy cardboard envelopes to avoid any damage during shipping. If your artwork is damaged in transit I'm happy to handle this on a case by case basis when you can provide details and documentation of the damage. Creasing and bends can be flattened. I may ask you to file a claim with the shipping service.
Who owns the rights to the artwork after purchase?
I retain ALL RIGHTS to all artwork I create. This means that when you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission. I retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork I create (including commissions). If you wish that the painting you purchase will never become a print then please contact me. It's totally doable, you will just need to purchase full of partial rights to the painting.
